Brookside Cottage is located at the Whiteface Club & Resort, set on a hill with a babbling brook passing alongside the cottage.

Design and Features

The cottage boasts Adirondack decor, a stone wood-burning fireplace, and a large front porch, which now includes a new screened-in area.

Master Bedroom

The spacious new master bedroom features cathedral ceilings, a comfy king-sized bed, and a luxurious en suite bath. The bathroom includes a soaker tub with views of the brook and a separate glass shower.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom offers two queen beds and its own private bath.

Amenities

Complimentary beach passes are included for up to five guests.

Activities and Proximity

The cottage is a short walk to the club’s tennis courts and golf course, both of which are available for use with a vacation membership fee.

Pets

One trained and well-behaved hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog will be considered with an additional pet fee.

Parking is available for 2 cars.
