Boasting five queen bedrooms, each with a smart TV, and three full baths, all on the main floor, makes this luxury home is accessible to all. The spacious loft has 4 twin beds, a futon, and space for remote work, overlooking the open concept first floor with lake views and a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.
Guests will enjoy a sun-filled great room with cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan. Complete with a fully stocked modern kitchen, lake view dining room, and a ten-person dining table, the space is perfect for family-style dinners.
Bring your boat and park at the private dock with plenty of parking for your trailer on site. The public boat launch is less than a mile away. After a day on the water, watch the sunset from the screen porch, just steps away from the shore of Lake Simond or, make s'mores around the lakeside fire pit.
Guests are a 5-minute drive to the Village of Tupper Lake and the Wild Center (named the #2 Best Science Museum in the US by voters in USA TODAY) and minutes away from the hiking trails of the Tupper Triad (Panther, Arab, and Coney mountains).
