Location and Setting

Camp Agerondak is located on the Brewster Peninsula, just across from Kate Smith's historic camp, and features road access into town. The property sits on Lake Placid Lake and includes three buildings: a main house, a log cabin, and a boathouse.

Main House

The main house offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large stone fireplace, wireless Internet, a wrap-around deck, a kitchen, a pantry, and an outdoor hot tub.

Log Cabin

The log cabin features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a stone fireplace, and a deck.

Boathouse

The boathouse includes a large recreation room, a foosball table, a brick fireplace, a king bed, bunk beds, a rollaway bed, and a full bathroom.

Accommodations and Capacity

Across all three buildings, Camp Agerondak has a total of eight bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 18 people.

Outdoor Activities and Amenities

The property provides spectacular views and includes a canoe, a rowboat, two kayaks, life jackets, and a variety of water toys. A boat slip is available for guests, with the option to rent or bring a motorboat.

Seasonal Availability and Rates

• Fall to Spring (After Labor Day to Late May): Rates are based on the main house and log cabin together, accommodating groups of up to 14 people.
• Winter Boathouse Closure: The boathouse is not available from mid-October to mid-May due to winter conditions.
• Flexible Accommodations: During the off-season (September to mid-June), groups of various sizes can rent the main house only, the main house and cabin, or all three buildings (depending on weather).
• Off-Season Rates: Rates range from $600 to $1,200 nightly, depending on reservation dates and group size.
