Big Wolf Lake is located approximately 15 minutes to Tupper Lake, 38 minutes from Saranac Lake, and 55 minutes to Lake Placid.
Please note, to protect the pristine waters and prevent invasive species, guests will be required to adhere to the Big Wolf Lake Association restrictions. Renters are not permitted to have motorized boats on the lake and are required to never introduce or return to Big Wolf Lake any watercraft, trailer, water sports equipment or fishing gear that has been used on another body of water. As well, unless trapped or collected in Big Wolf Lake, no live bait except for worms and night crawlers may be introduced. For this reason the property has provided fishing equipment, life vests and the following watercraft for guest use: 1 canoe, 2 tandem kayaks 2 single kayaks, and 1 paddleboard.
