• Screened Porch: A wrap-around screened porch offers a built-in gas grill, separate dining, and seating areas with custom rustic furniture—ideal for drinks, dinner, or relaxing with a book.
• Additional Features: Includes a mudroom, powder room, and a charming queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Second Floor

• Master Suite: The queen master bedroom suite includes a walk-in closet, large bath with a soaking tub, and a screened sleeping porch with a queen bed that places you among the treetops.
