Comet Cove’s location is ideal, just a block from Mirror Lake Drive and less than a ten-minute walk to downtown Lake Placid, where you can explore fine restaurants and shops. The Lake Placid Marina, located next door, offers boat cruises around the lake as well as kayak and canoe rentals.

Accessible Transportation Options
The condo is just a block away from the Lake Placid Free Trolley stop. The trolley runs on a continuous loop around the Village, with stops at key destinations such as the Olympic Center. Additionally, it stops five blocks away at the High Peaks Resort, where you can catch a free winter shuttle to Whiteface Mountain, about 25 minutes away, and other nearby points.

Policies and Minimum Stay Requirements
For the comfort of all guests, there is absolutely no smoking indoors, and pets are not allowed. The minimum stay is three nights, with exceptions during Ironman, when the minimum stay is one week, and during the winter and summer high seasons as well as the December holidays, when the minimum stay is five days.

Note: The wood burning fireplace is not available for guest use, but there is an electric fireplace for ambiance.
